Shipping
We send to all New Zealand addresses.
We try to keep things simple. 
Shipment is $4.50 per one item. 
Rural Delivery + $3.90
Unfortunately, we’re only humans, so things can always go wrong. Please find below our policy if you’re not satisfied or things went sideways:
Faulty product
We offer replacement items in the case of a faulty item.
 As every item is assembled by hand, you should expect variations and slight imperfections in the products. 
Ceekee aims to reduce waste, thus we do not offer refunds for damaged packaging, when the damage occurred after dispatch. We do our best to deliver the items in the best condition possible.
If you believe your item is faulty, please notify us by email (ceekeeNZ@gmail.com) with a photo of the problem as soon as possible. 
 If your item is deemed faulty you will have 2 options: 
 - request a replacement
 - request store credit in the form of a voucher equal to the amount paid for the faulty item plus shipping. 
We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no cost to you if you choose to receive a replacement. 
Got the wrong one?!
Things can get hectic. So, if you receive the wrong item that does not match what is stated on your order you have the right to receive the correct item. We will pay for the shipping, as this is no fault of yours. Please notify us via email (ceekeeNZ@gmail.com) if this is the case, with your order details (name, address, order number) and a photo of the received items.
Changed your mind?
We know it can happen, but we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases either.
